How do I download a preview to try?
Find a track you like and click the Longoloops button in the music player. On the Longoloops screen, choose your settings and download an MP3 preview to test. You can create files from 5 seconds up to 1 hour long.

Will I hear a beep sound in purchased music?
The watermark beep is used in previews only. Purchased tracks do not include any watermark or beep sound.
How do I use my remaining downloads?
Sign in and add the tracks you want to your cart. Click “Add to My Music” and confirm your selection to use your remaining downloads. Your chosen tracks will be ready to download from your account.

How do I download a file that will work with my phone system?
Convert audio files into the required format by clicking the “On Hold” button on the Tracks page. Select your phone system and download WAV files prepared for your phone system.
I bought music but lost the files. Can I download them again?
Yes. Sign in anytime to download your purchased music again.
A new project doesn’t mean buying the track again

What does royalty-free mean?
Pay once for a track and reuse it in projects covered by the license, without paying again for each use.
Can I use the music for client work and monetized videos?
Yes. Purchased tracks can be used in personal and commercial projects, including client work, monetized YouTube videos, podcasts, ads, games and presentations. You may edit tracks to fit your project, but you may not resell or redistribute the music on its own.
What should I know about YouTube Content ID?
Some tracks may be registered with Content ID. This is clearly marked on the track page, so you can check before choosing music for YouTube or social media.
How can I download a license confirmation?
To download a license confirmation, click the License button on the Tracks page and save the opened page as a PDF file.
How do I update my details in a license?
Update your details on the My Details page, then save the license again.
